Ranking of Companies with the Best Organizational Climate in the Region

In its August 2022 edition, Revista Summa published its ranking of the Companies with the Best Organizational Climate in Central America and the Dominican Republic, taking into account the companies in the region that promote work environments that promote happiness, well-being and health of collaborators, as well as teamwork, respect and creativity.

We are pleased to share that Pellerano Nadal was listed in the Top 20 of this ranking for the Dominican Republic, along with other important companies in the country. For this ranking, the magazine conducted a survey in the region in March 2022 and took into account the following characteristics of a positive work environment:
