Claudia Acevedo is an Associate II in the Litigation team, with experience representing clients in civil, commercial, labor, and real estate disputes, as well as in enforcement proceedings.

  • Her practice is defined by a strategic approach, rigorous legal analysis, and comprehensive case management, focused on effectively protecting her clients’ interests.

    She has experience handling complex litigation and managing matters before various courts, standing out for her ability to structure solid procedural strategies, develop high-level legal arguments, and manage cases with precision and efficiency. Her background in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration, conciliation, and mediation, enables her to approach disputes from a comprehensive, strategic, and results-driven perspective.

    Prior to her work in private practice, she served within the Judicial Branch of the Dominican Republic, where she developed a deep understanding of the judicial system, participating in the analysis of proceedings and in the preparation and review of judicial decisions across different levels, further strengthening her legal judgment.

  • Claudia holds a Law Degree (LL.B.) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law from Universidad Abierta para Adultos (UAPA). She has further enhanced her expertise through specialized training in arbitration, mediation, litigation, and higher education teaching, reflecting a strong commitment to professional excellence and continuous development.
