Daniella has experience in the areas of commercial law in general and intellectual property, assisting clients in project financing, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, mining and natural resources, management of distinctive signs and foreign investments as well as their litigious processes.

Recent endeavors include legal assistance to Barrick Gold in a Private Placement with Precipitate Gold Corp. for Proceeds of C$1,398,500 and assistance to the buyers in the sale of Imperial Brands global premium cigar business to a group of purchasers for the value of €1.23 billion. The business has operations in 150 countries and includes the brands Cohiba, Montecristo and Romeo y Julieta.

Daniella received her Bachelor of Laws, cum laude, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2015. She obtained a Masters of Law (L.L.M) degree from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law in 2018.
