Emilia García Montás is an attorney with experience in corporate and commercial law, project structuring, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and tax matters. She has advised local and international clients on the establishment of corporate vehicles, corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, due diligence reviews, and contract negotiations, particularly in the real estate, tourism, financial services, and telecommunications sectors.

Her practice has focused on the structuring of real estate trusts, the development of tourism and real estate projects, financial restructurings, and asset and property acquisition transactions. She has also assisted clients with the commencement of operations in the Dominican Republic, corporate reorganizations, due diligence reviews, and tax structuring.

Emilia received her Bachelor of Laws, Summa Cum Laude, from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2021. She later obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law from IE Law School in Madrid, Spain, in 2023, graduating with honors.
