B. Génesis Rodríguez has vast experience in the areas of constitutional, civil, commercial, criminal, environmental, and administrative law.

  • B. Génesis has extensive experience in litigation and business consulting in general, especially in regulatory and compliance matters, as well as in constitutional and administrative procedures, advertising, personal data protection and consumer rights.

    She has advised clients on tax issues, customs regulations, free zones, intellectual property and copyrights, corporate law, aviation law and banking law. She also has extensive knowledge in environmental services, environmental management, due diligence and verification of environmental compliance.

    In 2019, she had the opportunity to be an intern in the Permanent Mission of the Dominican Republic to the UN, WTO, ILO, WIPO and other international organizations based in Geneva, Switzerland. She also has firsthand experience as an educator, teaching in postgraduate courses organized by the Dominican Constitutional Court.

    B. Génesis is an authorized English language judicial interpreter in the Dominican Republic.

  • B. Génesis is a Specialist in Constitutional Justice, Interpretation and Protection of Fundamental Rights by the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Toledo Campus). In 2014, she obtained a Master's Degree in Legal Practice from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. She also pursued a Master's Degree in Law and Constitutional Procedure at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD). She received her Bachelor of Laws, summa cum laude, at the Catholic University of Santo Domingo in 2012.

    B. Génesis has participated in various courses and seminars in Environmental Law and Management, Constitutional Law and Procedure, arbitration, insolvency, restructuring and liquidation, trust and investment funds, Civil Litigation, Real Estate Law, Family Law, as well as in various conferences and International law.

  • She is a member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic and of the Latin American Council of Scholars of International and Comparative Law, Dominican Republic Chapter (COLADIC-RD).
