Her practice focuses on high-stakes disputes and strategic advisory in administrative, constitutional, and labor law, particularly within highly regulated industries. She regularly represents multinational and local clients in contentious proceedings before judicial and administrative authorities, as well as in sensitive matters involving regulatory risk, compliance, and business-critical decision-making.

Génesis is recognized for combining strong litigation capabilities with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach. She works closely with clients to prevent, manage, and resolve complex disputes, often involving cross-border and multi-jurisdictional considerations.

Her experience includes advising clients in sectors such as aviation, technology platforms, gaming, and free zone operations, where she regularly assists companies operating under special regulatory regimes with compliance, regulatory strategy, and dispute resolution.

In 2019, she served as a legal intern at the Permanent Mission of the Dominican Republic to the United Nations, the World Trade Organization (WTO), the International Labour Organization (ILO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and other international organizations based in Geneva, Switzerland. She has also served as a lecturer in postgraduate programs organized by the Dominican Constitutional Court and Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE).

 She has published various articles on constitutional law, including “The Right to Be Forgotten: A Suspension Bridge Between Freedom of Information and Privacy,” featured in the 2017 Yearbook of the Dominican Constitutional Court. She also served for several years as Editor and Coordinator of the “Constitutional Observatory” column, published weekly in Listín Diario.

She is admitted to practice law in the Dominican Republic and Colombia and is fluent in Spanish and English, with working proficiency in French.
