He advises local and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and transactional areas, including due diligence, transaction documentation, corporate advisory, and regulatory aspects relating to the establishment, operation, and expansion of businesses in the Dominican Republic.
His experience includes advising on Dominican Republic sovereign bond issuances, due diligence processes, tourism-related work, foreign investment, regulatory aspects, and transactions involving sectors such as financial services, consumer products, energy, and telecommunications. He has also assisted in areas involving free trade zone operations, commercial agreements, and intellectual property

Luis Felipe earned his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo and holds a Master’s degree in International Law, Foreign Trade, and International Relations from ISDE in Madrid, Spain. He also completed a negotiation program at New York University (NYU). He is fluent in English and Spanish.
