Pellerano Nadal Contributes to a New Health Project in Dominican Republic

Pellerano Nadal, through Gilberto Objio Subero, its Senior Associate in matters of litigation, health and administrative law, participated in a meeting with Deputy Lourdes Serulle on June 29. Gilberto was invited by the legislator, who is proposing the Project on Rights and Obligations of Users in the Health Sector, in order to contribute his valuable experience and knowledge in medical law.

In his capacity as an expert on the matter, Mr. Objio Subero was summoned to provide observations and proposals that could enrich and expand the scope of the bill, incorporating jurisprudential advances of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court of the last ten years. .

These contributions will strengthen the legal framework of the health sector, guaranteeing the protection of users' rights and promoting greater equity and efficiency in health services.
