Pellerano Nadal Transaction Awarded at LatinFinance “2023 Deals of the Year Awards”

On January 25, 2024, LatinFinance celebrated the “2023 Deals of the Year Awards”, where the Dominican Republic was awarded the Sovereign Local Currency Deal of the Year for its US$1.25 billion bonds issuance and liability management transaction.

Pellerano Nadal was part of this awarded transaction by representing J.P. Morgan and Citibank, which acted as joint bookrunners and structured the transaction on behalf of the Dominican Republic.

LatinFinance’s Deals of the Year Awards are the “landmark recognition of stand-out transactions and institutions in the capital markets of Latin America and the Caribbean”.
