He advises domestic and international clients on foreign investment projects, complex commercial transactions, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters related to the establishment and expansion of operations in the Dominican Republic. His sector experience includes tobacco, real estate, mining, textiles, construction, and food and beverage.

Sebastián was a member of the legal team of the Normalization Committee of the Dominican Football Federation (FEDOFUTBOL), where he played a leading role in aligning the federation, provincial associations, and clubs with the applicable legal and regulatory framework, with an emphasis on implementing corporate governance best practices. Through 2024, he also served on FEDOFUTBOL’s Electoral Committee, the body responsible for overseeing the institution’s electoral processes.

His representative experience includes advising on Emergent Cold’s acquisition of Friobox Logistics, Alicorp’s acquisition of the Flora and Dorina product portfolio in Latin America, the establishment of the World Emblem DR and U.S. Flue Cured Tobacco Growers, Inc. free trade zones, and legal support to Grupo Despegar in the sale of its assets in the Dominican Republic.

Sebastián has also advised Cementos Argos and its affiliates on strategic transactions in the Dominican Republic, including due diligence processes, corporate reorganizations, and the negotiation of agreements for the acquisition of mining and aggregate concessions.

Sebastián earned his law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2019 and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Business Law (2023). He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Law at UNISPORT Management School, in conjunction with the University of Salamanca. He has also completed various courses in common law, commercial law, corporate law, and intellectual property.

He is a member of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE) and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
