BRITCHAM Dominican Week in the United Kingdom 2025

Our partner Urania Paulino, who also serves as coordinator of the Britcham Legal Committee, attended the 11th edition of Dominican Week in the United Kingdom, held from November 10 to 14, in commemoration of the 175th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

This important event, designed to strengthen bilateral ties and encourage investment, brought together a delegation of more than 100 businesspeople and government officials, who actively promoted trade, cooperation, and cultural exchange between the Dominican Republic and the United Kingdom.

The opening ceremony was attended by prominent authorities, including the Dominican ambassador to the United Kingdom, Rosa Hernández de Grullón; the British ambassador to the Dominican Republic, Carol van der Walt; and the president of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Dominican Republic (Britcham), Amauris Vásquez.
