With more than ten years of experience, B. Génesis Rodríguez has distinguished herself in litigation, constitutional law, corporate law, and administrative proceedings, including data protection, consumer rights, and public-private partnerships. She has extensive experience in business advisory work and complex litigation, advising clients on regulatory, tax, customs, free zone, real estate, intellectual property, aviation, banking, labor, and environmental matters.
She holds a specialization in Constitutional Justice, Interpretation and Protection of Fundamental Rights from the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Toledo Campus) and an Executive MBA from Barna Management School. In 2019, she completed an internship at the Permanent Mission of the Dominican Republic to international organizations in Geneva and has served as a lecturer in postgraduate programs organized by the Dominican Constitutional Court. She has published several articles, including “The Right to Be Forgotten in the Digital Age,” and previously served as editor of the Constitutional Observatory column in Listín Diario.
