Pellerano Nadal advises Alicorp on Dominican aspects of Flora Food Group’s Latin American business acquisition

Pellerano Nadal advised, as Dominican counsel, peruvian company Alicorp in connection with its announced acquisition of Flora Food Group’s Latin American business, excluding Mexico and Brazil.

The transaction includes Flora Food Group’s brand portfolio and commercial operations across 17 Latin American markets, together with a manufacturing facility in Cali, Colombia, and is expected to close later in 2026, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
